1. Information We Collect

We do not collect, request, or receive personal information from people who play the Game. The Game does not send personal data or gameplay information to us or to third parties.

The Game does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. You do not need to create an account, register, or provide personal information to use its features.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

To provide its offline gameplay features, the Game saves a limited amount of game-related information locally on your device. This may include:

• your selected challenge and the accepted moves in the current attempt;
• completed challenges and campaign progress; and
• your presentation preferences, including scene animation and touch feedback.

This information is used only to restore your puzzle, preserve your progress, and remember your preferences. It is not uploaded, synchronized, or transmitted by the Game. The Game does not maintain a server-side copy of it.

You can remove locally stored Game data through your Android device settings by clearing the Game’s app data, or by uninstalling the Game. The exact steps and effects may vary by Android version and device.

3. Offline Operation and Device Features

The full campaign is available offline after installation. The Game has no cloud storage, cross-device synchronization, online leaderboards, multiplayer sessions, or other online gameplay services.

If touch feedback is enabled, the Game may use the device’s supported haptic response when you press a button. This is a local device feature and is not used by the Game to collect or transmit personal information. Scene animation is also processed locally.

4. Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

The Game contains no advertisements and does not use advertising networks. It does not integrate third-party analytics, tracking, advertising, or other SDKs.

The Game is distributed through an app store. The store provider and your Android operating system may independently process certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies and settings. Such processing is separate from the Game, and we do not control it.

5. Sharing and Sale of Information

Because the Game does not collect or transmit your personal information, we do not sell, rent, disclose, or share personal information with third parties.

6. Data Retention and Security

The Game does not keep personal information on our servers because it does not operate a server or account system for player data. Game progress and preferences remain in the Game’s local storage on your device until they are removed by clearing app data, uninstalling the Game, or by other device-management actions.

As with any information stored on a personal device, the protection of local data also depends on the security of your device and its operating system.

7. Children’s Privacy and Age Requirement

Cobalt Astrolabe is intended for an audience aged 18 and over and is not designed or directed to children under 18. The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players. Since the Game does not collect personal information, it does not create player profiles or perform age-based data profiling.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game’s features or applicable requirements change. Any revised version will be made available at the location where this policy is published. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when it was most recently revised.
